Kevin Lamont Bachar, MBA, BSN, RN, NE-BC, known as Nurse KB, is an aesthetic nurse who built his foundation leading surgical and transplant teams in the cardiothoracic operating room before moving into hospital leadership at Stanford Healthcare and earning his MBA from Johns Hopkins. Raised in a large Filipino family and a cancer survivor, he brings that same clinical rigor and personal depth into aesthetics, championing inclusive, culturally informed care and grounding his practice in science and authentic connection rather than social media trends. He has partnered with brands including Dermalogica and continues to use his platform to push the industry toward a more diverse, human-centered standard of beauty.
