LaTocha is a Grammy-nominated singer, entrepreneur, and creator best known as a founding member of the multi-platinum R&B group Xscape, whose six top-10 hits and three platinum albums helped define 90s R&B. Since 2018, she has built a second act around health and wellness, launching her brand Made Girl and authoring the cookbook LaTocha's Planted Lifestyle, a plant-based reimagining of the Southern recipes she grew up on. This July, she stepped into a new role as creator and executive producer of Is It Vegan with LaTocha, the first show released under BuzzFeed's new era following the Byron Allen acquisition, living inside the platform's Tasty ecosystem. With decades in music, a thriving food and lifestyle platform, and a growing presence across fashion and culture, LaTocha is redefining what a full-circle career in entertainment looks like, on her own terms.
